Icee Slime vs Cloud Slime: What's the Difference?
Icee slime and cloud slime can both look frosty, but they feel very different: icee slime is glossy and jiggly, while cloud slime is fluffy and pulls apart into snowy wisps.
What is icee slime?
Icee slime, sometimes called jelly slime, is bright, glossy and jiggly. It looks a little like a frozen slushie and stretches into smooth, shiny ribbons that wobble as you move them. It feels cool and soft, with more bounce than butter slime and more body than clear slime.
What is cloud slime?
Cloud slime, also called snow slime, is light, airy and matte. Pull it and it breaks into soft, snowy wisps; let it fall and it drizzles down slowly, almost like falling snow. It feels drier and fluffier than glossy slimes and is less stretchy in long strands.
Side by side
- Look: icee slime is glossy and shiny; cloud slime is soft and matte, like snow.
- Feel: icee slime is cool, bouncy and jiggly; cloud slime is fluffy, airy and textured.
- Stretch: icee slime pulls into long, smooth ribbons; cloud slime stretches into thick, fluffy ropes and then pulls apart into pieces.
- Best for: slow stretches, pokes and colour swirls (icee); squishing, pulling and drizzling (cloud).
Want both in one jar?
Iceberg pairs the two: a frosty blue snow peak over deep-blue clear slime. Tip it out of the jar and the two textures mix as you play, with the fluffy top pulling apart while the slime underneath stretches into long, smooth ropes.

Looking after each one
Like other glossy slimes, icee slime can feel a little sticky after travelling or in a warm room. Add one spray of the included activator, mix it well, and repeat only if needed. For cloud slime, keep the lid tightly closed between plays so it stays fluffy. Store both somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight.
Quick answers
Is icee slime the same as cloud slime?
No. Icee slime is glossy and jiggly with a smooth stretch. Cloud slime is fluffy and matte and pulls apart into snowy wisps.
Which is easier for beginners?
Our beginner texture is cloud creme, which is thick and non-sticky. Once you're comfortable, butter and cloud slimes are a good next step.

No. Slime is not edible, so do not eat it. Our slime is for ages 3 and up.
