How do I buy?
Every order is placed on our Etsy shop. Choose a product here, press Buy on Etsy, and you'll go straight to that listing to pick your size and check out. Etsy handles payment, and the shop accepts Etsy gift cards and Etsy credits.
Where do you ship from, and how much is shipping?
Orders ship from Canada. Etsy calculates the shipping cost and an estimated delivery date for your address before you pay. See Shipping & Returns.
What comes with my slime?
Each slime comes with a slime activator spray and a slime care sheet. Some slimes also include charms or toppers, which are listed on each product page.
Is the slime edible? What age is it for?
No. Slime is not edible, so do not eat it. It is for ages 3 and up and not suitable for children under 3, and it may contain small parts that can be a choking hazard. It contains glue and borax and may contain colorants, clay, soaps, lotions, shaving creams and scents. See Is slime safe for kids? What's in our slime.
My slime is sticky. What do I do?
Use the activator spray that came with it. Add one spray at a time and mix well inside the container until it's no longer sticky. Slime can get sticky during shipping or in warm rooms, which is normal. More care tips.
My slime is stiff or rips.
If it feels cold and stiff, don't use the spray. Play with it for a few minutes so the warmth of your hands softens it. A little glycerin or warm water, massaged in, also helps.
How should I store it?
Keep the lid closed tightly and keep the jar somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. Storing slime in the fridge can help stop it melting.
Which size should I choose?
Most slimes come in 2oz (60 ml), 4oz (120 ml) and 8oz (240 ml) jars. 2oz: 5 cm tall × 5 cm wide (2″ × 2″). 4oz: 7.5 cm tall × 6 cm wide (3″ × 2.5″). 8oz: 6.5 cm tall × 9 cm wide (2.5″ × 3.5″). DIY clay-kits are 8oz, and some include an extra 2oz slime.
What is a DIY clay-kit?

Which texture is best for beginners?
The shop rates non-sticky textures like cloud creme as beginner, butter as intermediate, and clear slime as expert. The texture guide compares them all.
Do you have unscented slime?
Can I return my order?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days on slime listings. Buyers pay return postage, and items must come back in their original condition. The Slime Activator Spray 3-Pack cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a problem with your order, please message the shop on Etsy.
Do you take custom orders?
You can send a custom order request through our Etsy shop.
