Shipping

• Orders ship from Canada.
• Etsy calculates the shipping cost for your country and shows an estimated delivery date at checkout, before you pay.
• Slime can arrive a little sticky or soft after travelling, especially in warm weather. Each slime comes with an activator spray to fix that. See Slime Care.

Returns & exchanges

• Slime listings: returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days.
• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item isn't returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• The Slime Activator Spray 3-Pack can't be returned or exchanged, but please get in touch if there's a problem with your order.
