What makes a slime crunchy?
Crunchy slimes have something mixed into the base that crackles, pops or crunches when you squeeze it. This collection includes three kinds. Bingsu slimes have small, hard bingsu beads mixed into a clear base, so every press and fold makes a crisp crackle; try Frozen Blue Slush, Apple Crunch, Pink Sugar, Orange Crunch or Sour Patch Lemon.
Jelly cube slimes have soft jelly cubes inside clear slime that you can pop and squish between your fingers: Watermelon Squish, Mango Chunks, Twilight Sparkle Cubes and Icy Pop Cubes. Floam slimes, Confetti Cream and SeaFloam, are packed with tiny foam balls for a bumpy, lighter crunch.
Why people love crunchy slime
These are the slimes people often choose for the sounds as much as the feel: the crackle of bingsu, the squelch of jelly cubes and the light crunch of foam balls. They're also very visual, with charms, glitter and colourful toppings that look great up close.
Because most of them have a clear base, they can be stickier than a butter or cloud slime. Test the slime in the jar first and add one spray of activator at a time if it sticks to your fingers.
